 My name is Andrea, I'm the gal behind the lens at Andrea Justine Photography and I am head over heels in love with wedding photography!

Wedding photography speaks to me because it allows me to get to know amazing couples; to hear and tell their individual love stories. It also allows me to play in all genres of photography in one day... From documenting candid moments that capture the emotion of your wedding day to getting still shots of each beautiful detail that you have carefully selected and (my favourite) creating epic portraits using posing, landscapes and dramatic lighting.

  My style...

My goal as your wedding photographer is to capture your day honestly in a way that reflects your personalities and the love you share. So I guess you could say that my style is your style.

Q. Do you travel? 

A. Yes! I love destination weddings and elopements. Planning on tieing the knot outside the country? My destination package is beyond compare, fill out the contact form below and I will send you all the information! Of course I make the shorter distance trips too, you can often find me in Banff/Canmore, the Okanagan, the B.C Coast (West Coast girl here!) and beyond.

Q. Do you travel for pre/post wedding sessions (ie, engagement, adventure sessions)?

A. Absolutely! Living in Calgary, we are so lucky to have the Rocky Mountains in our backyard and I utilize them every chance I get!

Q. I’m not photogenic/comfortable in front of the camera?

A. Don’t worry, most people feel this way leading into a shoot but you’ll be having so much fun you’ll reconsider your career as a model by the end! I try to direct my couples with activities and prompts that generate candid emotion and get them having fun and feeling comfortable with a little direction and posing to make sure we get the most flattering angles and lighting. You’ll forget the camera is even there!

Q. Is editing included?

A. Editing is a big part of the creative process, I personally edit every image to ensure that each photograph is a beautiful work of art that captures the colour and emotion of your wedding day.

Q. Can we print the images? 

A. Of course! All images are delivered fully edited in high resolution with printing rights. So you can print them yourselves, through a photo lab or order custom prints through me!  

Q. Can we meet?

A. Of course! Consultations are free of charge and are super important to ensure that we are a good fit. Consultations can take place via Facetime/Skype or we can meet in person over a cup of a coffee (or a glass of wine, wedding planning should be fun after all!).

Q. How do we book you? 

A. Once you have your date confirmed and you are ready to book I require a 50% deposit and a signed online contract. That's it, you're all set!
